BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES

Born in 1944

1968   graduated from the Surikov State Art Institute, Moscow

From 1969   a member of the Artists' Union

1976   first prize at the International Competition of Young Artists in Sophia

1987   Silver Medal of the USSR Art Academy

1993   The Russian Federation State Prize winner

Full member of the Russian Art Academy, Professor of Surikov Moscow State Art Institute (painting department).
