Born and grew up in the Baltic Republics.

A student of the 5th year of Fiction Film Production Department (V.I. Khotinenko Studio). A philosopher, a poet, a composer. Before he entered the All-Russia State Institute of Cinematography used to go in for motosport, shoot video clips and play the guitar in a professional group.
