Pretty often comes to his Paris studio to work, though has been living in the USA for already 10 years, sharing his time between his home and work in Philadelphia and his studio in New York. At the same time he doesn’t want to call himself an American artist and doesn’t consider himself an American at all.

Obviously, this very cosmopolitan life style has formed this unique universality of his thinking and art. It won’t be an exaggeration to say that he is a citizen of the world.

Osvaldo ROMBERG is a graphic artist, a painter, an experimenter and researcher. He combines styles, schools, centuries, as if traveling along the map of art history in his works.
