NEW YORK DREAMER (52 min.), 2005

Documentary about Thomas Krens, Director of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation since 1988. Once he was called a "change agent". The main challenge of the film is to recreate the image of the epoch we live in through the portrait of this extraordinary personality, as the main distinctive feature of this epoch is this very constant change, with all its pluses and minuses.

The premiere broadcast was on the International Museum Day, May 18, 2005 at 00:25 @ TV Channel "Kultura" (Russian TV).

FROM GULAG TO GLASNOST. THE ART OF RESISTANCE (38 min.), 2001

Documentary about Russian nonconformist artists. It shows this theme in its social and cultural aspects and gives an objective picture of the historical development of the USSR underground art in 1953 -1988.

This film is based on the exhibition "Nonconformists – 2nd Russian Avant-garde" (Bar-Gera’s collection), which was a success in the Russian Museum, St. Petersburg, the Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow, and in Stadel Museum, Frankfurt-am-Main.
